Kaitlyn Coker practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. She represents businesses and business owners that need strategic, creative solutions, both in the courtroom and out. Ms. Coker primarily handles cases involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, securities, and fraud. Although she mostly practices on the trial-court level, she routinely handles appellate cases as well.

Ms. Coker is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Coker is a double-bear graduate of Baylor University, having obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics in 2017 and Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2020.

Ms. Coker enjoys staying busy – she is a practiced advocate as well as a business owner, wife, and mother. She is a firm believer in the motto, “have a cup of coffee and handle it.” She resides in Dallas with her family (including her two German Shepherds).
