Law360, Dallas (September 12, 2016, 5:28 PM EDT) — A Texas family that had invested in fractional working interests offered by an affiliate of Breitling Energy Corp. has sued the company and a handful of affiliates in Texas state court alleging fraud, a few months after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission alleged Breitling scammed investors out of $80 million.
