Janelle and Larry Friedman are known for generously contributing personal time, resources, event planning and fund-raising skills to worthwhile causes benefitting children.

The F&F Foundation was founded by Janelle and Larry Friedman as a charitable organization which benefits children. Each year, Friedman & Feiger donates time and fund-raising efforts for notable children’s charities.

Through the efforts of Janelle and Larry Friedman and the firm, millions have been raised for worthy charities such as Wednesday’s Child, Children’s Medical Center and the Salvation Army’s Gene and Jerry Jones Center for Children, among others.
This year, Children’s Medical Center has named Janelle and Larry Friedman Co-Chairs of the “Celebration Of Our Century,” a celebratory event to commemorate the 100-year anniversary of the children’s hospital. Planned for November 2nd at the Omni Dallas hotel, Actress and Grammy-Winning Singer Jennifer Hudson, The Pointer Sisters and New York’s famed Starlight Orchestra will entertain. The celebration’s Presenting Sponsor Alliance Data has donated $1 million to kick-off the fund-raising efforts. Children’s Medical Center, a private, not for profit, hospital is one of the largest pediatric health care providers in the country.
Janelle and Larry Friedman also co-chaired the 100th Anniversary of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.
Friedman & Feiger commits time, talent and monetary donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Gilda’s Club, Paws Cause, the SPCA, the Fur Ball, the Epilepsy Research Foundation, the National Kidney Foundation, KidneyTexas, Jewish Family Services of Dallas, The Dallas Foundation, The Dallas Women’s Foundation, The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Pat and Emmitt Smith Charities, the Wheel To Survive Benefit and many others. In recognition of the firm’s charitable efforts, NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin gave Janelle and Larry Friedman the Playmaker Community Service Award.
The Friedmans serve as coordinators and fundraisers for local political campaigns and take an active role in fundraising for judges, Senators and many other political officials. The firm supports the Dallas Legal Community for Seeking Justice and Changing Lives.
As a community service, Friedman & Feiger Attorneys At Law prepares a quarterly newsletter to alert clients and the business community of changes in the law and offers legal strategies to help area businesses succeed. Each lawyer in the firm also shares legal expertise through e-mail blasts to keep the business community informed.
Janelle Friedman and Friedman & Feiger launched a professional networking opportunity for female business leaders called Essential Energy. The firm sponsors six receptions per year that serve as a networking tool for prominent women in the Dallas business community. Essential Energy’s mission statement is “to share wisdom between successful women through personal friendships and business networking with a spirit of fellowship, enthusiasm, harmony and devotion to the power “essential energy” of the group.” The group website can be found at www.essentialenergy.org.
