John Locke Adair

John Locke Adair is a commercial litigator licensed to practice law in both Texas and Arkansas. Adair’s strategy and presence in the courtroom are invaluable to his clients. He received his B.A. from Harding University and a J.D. from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude. After graduating law school, Adair became a federal law clerk for the Eastern District of California. While clerking, Adair also served as an adjunct professor at Simpson University. Adair now represents a wide variety of businesses in cases involving, inter alia, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Adair’s hard work, persuasive writing abilities, and courtroom presence serve his clients well. Adair resides in Dallas with his wife and two sons.
