Kyle A. Coker represents both publicly traded and private businesses and individuals in a wide array of commercial litigation, M&A, and general corporate & securities matters in both state and federal courts across the country. Kyle is known to his clients as a problem-solver, stemming from a prior-to-law background in acquiring and growing businesses of his own, private equity, as well as in institutional fund research & management.
Kyle has represented clients with businesses in the bio-tech, oil & gas, cloud services, manufacturing, commercial & residential real estate, construction, franchise development, convenience & grocery store, vape & CBD, metaverse, healthcare, and cosmetics industries. Beyond his representation in transactional matters, traditional litigation, and general advisory roles, Kyle has represented clients in strategic planning relating to or in litigation before the US Food and Drug Administration, the Securities & Exchange Commission, the US Department of Agriculture, the Texas Department of Agriculture, and various other state and federal agencies.
He received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in February of 2019. At Baylor, he founded the Texas Administrative Law Society, which focuses on bridging the gap between businesses and state & federal agencies. Prior to Baylor, Kyle received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
