Paige Hawkins practices in many different areas of the law, including commercial litigation, business law, labor and employment, and landlord/tenant disputes. With a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals, businesses, and business owners. Paige is committed to delivering results for her clients through diligent legal research, creative problem-solving, and strong negotiation skills. Paige is also effective in handling complex disputes on both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side.
During her time at St. Mary’s University School of Law, Paige developed a deep interest in litigation and dispute resolution, gaining valuable experience through judicial clerkships and clerking in private practice. Paige honed her advocacy skills by competing in regional and national American Bar Association competitions and being named a three-time Regional Champion in negotiation and mediation competitions, as well as a National Semi-Finalist in ABA mediation. Paige is also a member of the Order of Barristers, which is a national honorary society for those that demonstrate exceptional skill in trial and oral advocacy, as well as brief writing.
Paige received her B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Early Intervention and Childhood Development from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where she also competed as a collegiate athlete. Paige received her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and she is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
