Richard Wellington Winn is a 6th generation Dallasite who graduated from St. Mark’s School of Texas. He obtained a B.A. from Southern Methodist University majoring in History and was a Member of Phi Delta Theta. Mr. Winn received his J.D. from Texas Tech University as a Delta Theta Phi affiliate. Mr. Winn has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1985 and is further admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas including the bankruptcy court in that District as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He was also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Winn’s experience involves a broad range of business litigation and transactional work along with specialized areas including Business Civil Torts, Employment Law, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Title Insurance, and Trademark Infringement. Mr. Winn is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is affiliated with the Dervish Club and the Calyx Club. His languages are English and Spanish.
