Ryan Lurich is an experienced litigator with more than 20 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters across a wide variety of industries. He places a particular emphasis on high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation, assisting clients with difficult to navigate issues, such as partnership disputes or “business divorces” between those in management and/or ownership in limited liability companies, partnerships, or corporations. His experience includes litigation matters involving contract disputes, company agreements, business disputes, non-compete and/or non-solicit disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, theft of trade secrets, real estate, and fraud matters. Ryan represents clients in both state and federal courts on the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side.

Ryan Lurich received a B.S. degree from Southwest Texas State University in 1995 and his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1999. Ryan has been admitted to practice law in Texas since 1999. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Western District of Oklahoma. Additionally, Ryan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Associations, and the American Association for Justice. Ryan practices in the areas of Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Collection Law, and Consumer Protection.
