Tara Rose Munder

Tara Munder’s practice covers a broad spectrum of areas with an emphasis on complex litigation, including commercial litigation, partnership disputes, director and officer litigation, labor and employment, and privacy.

 

Munder excels in navigating civil litigation matters including, inter alia, contract disputes, corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, defamation, social media, and non-compete and/or non-solicitation disputes.

 

She has a proven track record of securing favorable outcomes for her clients in both state and federal courts, on the plaintiff’s side and defendant’s side. With a passion for delivering efficient and effective legal solutions, Munder prioritizes open communication and collaboration to truly understand her clients’ needs and how best to meet them. Embracing the role of “counselor,” Munder strives to educate her clients about intricate legal concepts so that they feel supported and confident throughout the representation.

 

Munder received her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University in 2019, and her J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law in 2022. During law school, she completed a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Martin Hoffman, presiding over the 68th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, and volunteered as a court-appointed special advocate (“CASA”) for abused and/or neglected children entering the foster care system in Dallas.


Apart from her professional career, Munder serves her community as a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her Siberian Husky and Dachshund.
