“This should never have happened to me or anybody else.”
DALLAS — A man who was beaten outside of a Dallas restaurant is taking legal action to prevent similar incidents occurring in the future.
“Never did I expect to get attacked in my own city,” said Luis Rocha.
An emotional Rocha said he nearly died in the parking lot near Campisi’s in Dallas.
“I never saw them,” he said of the attackers who beat him outside of the Italian restaurant. “Never saw them.”
