Randy Travis has lost his bid to stop the public disclosure of dashcam video that shows him naked during his 2012 arrest for driving while intoxicated.
But the country singer plans to appeal a Travis County judge’s Feb. 18 ruling that said the information must be released consistent with an earlier letter ruling by the Texas attorney general.
