Update: This case was resolved today. Plaintiff attorney Larry Freidman confirmed that his clients had received a settlement, but he did not release any specifics. Yesterday, after my original story was posted, Nate Paul sent me an email, describing the suit as “frivolous” and said it had been dismissed. Today, Freidman said he was writing up an order of dismissal today for the judge to sign.
